Digital Products – Final Sale

All products sold by Whysp Digital Pty Ltd are digital goods.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, once a digital license key has been delivered or redeemed, all sales are final, except where required by law.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered where:

  • The license key is invalid or non-functional
  • The issue is confirmed by the software developer
  • Adequate evidence is provided within a reasonable timeframe

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • User error
  • Incompatibility with hardware, software, or platforms
  • Third-party bans, restrictions, or enforcement actions

Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, customers must seek support via the designated Discord server.

Failure to follow this process may result in:

  • Immediate termination of service
  • Revocation of access
  • Permanent blacklisting from future purchases

Whysp Digital Pty Ltd reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using delivery records, logs, and communication history.

Whysp Digital Pty Ltd facilitates the sale of digital keys only. Ongoing software performance, updates, and availability are controlled by the third-party developers.
