Whysp Digital Pty Ltd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any game publisher, software publisher, or platform owner unless explicitly stated.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods

• All products are delivered electronically
• Delivery is deemed complete once the license key or access information is displayed, sent, or otherwise made available
• Responsibility for safeguarding the license key passes to you upon delivery

6. Support Services

Customer support is provided exclusively via Discord.

After purchase, customers are granted access to a developer-managed Discord server, where:

• Activation assistance may be provided
• Product-specific support is handled directly by the software developers

Whysp Digital Pty Ltd does not guarantee response times, outcomes, or continued availability of third-party support services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law:

• Whysp Digital Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continued functionality, or compatibility of any third-party software
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim

8. Termination
